All of our services are designed with you in mind! You can expect a life-giving friendly environment from the moment you drive up to the parking lot all the way to your seat. Lively high-energy worship in all of our Sunday services. Dynamic and powerful bible-based messages for you and your family.

Come as You Are: There’s no dress code here. Whether you prefer jeans and a t-shirt or your Sunday best, you are welcome. We care about you, not what you’re wearing.

We recommend arriving about 15-20 minutes before the service starts. This gives you plenty of time to find parking, check in your children (if you have kids attending Radiant Kids), and settle into your seat without feeling rushed. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to grab a cup of coffee, meet a few people, and get comfortable before the service begins.

The sermons are preached live at our South Tampa location and streamed to our other locations all over Tampa Bay. To maintain this unity we take advantage of technology and stream to our other locations, which have their own worship experience and teams to make you feel loved and welcome. Each location also has a Location Pastor who would love to connect with you and get to know you.

We have dedicated programs for kids and teenagers.

Our children’s ministry known as Radiant Kids provides a fun, safe, and engaging environment for kids to learn about God. 

Meanwhile, our YTH tackles relevant topics and helps teens navigate their faith in today’s world. We offer a middle school sunday experience for youth grades 6th-8th and Wednesday night services  for all students in middle and high school.

Open house: Open House is the best place to meet people at Radiant and learn more about who we are and where you fit in. At these monthly gatherings at your location, you’ll have the opportunity to meet your location pastor, location staff, and others who are joining the Radiant family! There’s a short presentation from the location pastor, followed by some practical next steps for you to take. We’ll have free food and childcare available, all you have to do is register here!

Join a Group: Small groups are the heart of our community, we believe that real life-change only happens within relationships. Groups meet regularly in homes or at the church and provide a space for you to build deeper relationships, study the Bible, and support one another. There’s a group for everyone, whether you’re a young adult, a family, or a senior. Learn more here.

Serve on the Dream Team: We believe everyone has unique gifts and talents to share. There are numerous serving opportunities, from hospitality greeters at the door, to looking after kids so that their parents can focus on the service, or to the more technical skills of managing lights or cameras. Whatever your interests, there is a place for you.
