The scope of this job is to provide additional administrative support to the overall Location by way of planning, coordinating and implementing the strategic initiatives provided by the Location Pastor.

II. Purpose of the Job:

To provide a high-level of administrative and management support to the Location Pastor.

  • Ability to learn and use Planning Center software
  • Ability to learn and use Monday.com
  • Experience and proficiency in Google Suite
  • Ability to think and act with a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality

• Assist Location Pastor in creating the agenda for weekly staff meetings
• Take notes and manage action items from weekly staff meetings via Monday.com
• Assist Location Pastor and location staff with implementing and managing Monday.com
• Assist with planning, implementation, and facilitation of special events and services. (Easter, Christmas Eve, Dream Team events, community events, etc…)
• Manage Location Calendar events in Google calendar
• Enter Location expenses and receipts in Expensify
• Manage the Location budget spreadsheet
• Handle and maintain all supply ordering for location
