I. Purpose of the Job:

The Business Ops Admin serves Radiant Church by playing an instrumental role in administrative and technical support to the Business Pastor.

II. Primary Functions and Responsibilities:

  •  Familiar with Digital Calendars, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft – Word, Excel, Power point.
  •  Willingness to work after hours or on weekends when needed

III. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • HR Admin
    • Maintain and update New Hires and Staff Transition Monday Board
    • Maintain and update Position Request Monday Board
    • Work with Creative on posting jobs to Radiant’s online job listing page
    • Respond to incoming job applications and forward to appropriate hiring manager
    • Work with hiring manager on hiring process and timeline
    • Main point of contact for new hire while walking through onboarding process
    • Gather needed information to complete onboarding process
    • Complete the New Employee introduction setup form
    • Work with Staff Culture Director for day one orientation
    • Responsible for ordering new hire supplies (name tags, ID card, computer, headshots, etc)
    • Responsible for overseeing all offboarding procedures
    • Assists with coordination and administration of activities and events related to employee benefits such as annual open enrollment, including the preparation of rate sheets and other correspondence.
    • Updating and maintaining Job descriptions
    • Tracking Staff transitions.
    • Communicating to Finance on new hire needs
  • Central Office Admin
    • Collecting, sending, and distributing mail
    • Ordering office supplies
    • Keeping the office organized
    • Ordering and Stocking Staff Offices with Consumables
    • Available to answer Radiant’s phone from 9-5 M-F.
    • Check Voicemails and distribution to the appropriate Director.
    • Maintaining and updating telepath phone system.
    • Ordering central staff day lunches (includes but not limited to setup and reset).
    • Order administrative office supplies such as printer ink, letterheads, etc.
    • Maintain all business department web based systems (Slack, Monday, Google, wisestamp, checkr, amazon business)
  • Any other duties as assigned or requested by the Business Pastor.
  • Participate and serve at all church wide events.
