With your help, we can reach people of every age, location, and language for Christ! Radiant GO! Mission Trips are a powerful way to grow deeper in your faith, build lasting community, and live out your calling by serving others across cultures and continents.

We believe God’s heart has always been for the nations. From our neighborhoods to the ends of the earth, Jesus calls His Church to share the hope of the Gospel with every people and every generation.
Today, billions of people still have little or no access to the message of Jesus. When we go, we encourage local churches, support long-term ministry efforts, and help create opportunities for people to hear and respond to the Gospel.
Will You Go?
Mission trips are designed for ordinary people who want to make themselves available to God.
You don’t need to have all the answers or years of ministry experience. We provide training and preparation before every trip, and you’ll serve alongside a team every step of the way. Depending on the trip, you may participate in outreach events, children’s ministry, leadership development, community projects, prayer ministry, evangelism, or supporting local church initiatives.
You’ll build meaningful relationships, experience a new culture, grow in your faith, and see firsthand how God is moving around the world.

What you need to know
These are some important things to know before signing up for a mission trip.
Radiant Missions
Mission Team Prerequisites
Committed Radiant attender living in the Tampa Bay area
Actively serving on a Dream Team or leading a Radiant Group
Submit a completed application
Upon approval, pay a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot
Mission Team Requirements
Attend all team trainings and complete required forms
50% of all ground fees are due 90 days after acceptance
 Fundraise 100% of ground fees 90 days before departure
Fundraise 100% of total cost (including airfare) 60 days before departure
Have a valid passport before airline tickets are purchased
Passport must not expire within 6 months of return
Travel with the team for both departure and return
Note: Airfare is not included in ground fees
All payments are non-refundable
