Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DO I PLAN TO ATTEND AT A LOCATION?
In order to create a spacious environment, we will have limited seating with adequate spacing in our auditorium. Please let us know how many will be joining you from your household, by choosing your location and service time above.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I ARRIVE?
You will find your seat in the auditorium has plenty of space for you and your family, providing a safe environment for everyone. Our buildings have been thoroughly sanitized. Be sure to bring your registration confirmation, as we will be checking them at the door to manage the capacity of our buildings.
will radiant kids be available?
Radiant Kids is BACK! Well, actually, we never went anywhere. We’ve been here all along praying for you, preparing for the return to our physical spaces and providing great online experiences for your kids.
What will church look like for Radiant Kids?
Our number one commitment to you and your child is SAFETY. Safety is our priority. Church will look a little different, but that’s because we want you to know we take your child’s safety seriously. From check-in, to RSVPs, to space in our classrooms, we’ve gone above and beyond to give your children the best Radiant Kids experience while upholding high cleanliness standards.
You’ll need to let us know how many kids you plan to check-in by RSVPing at the links above!
What will Radiant Kids look like at my location?
In order for us to provide the safest experience possible, we are asking families to RSVP their child’s spot. Unfortunately, we can only take walk-ins if there is still space available. If Radiant Kids is at capacity and there is still room in the main auditorium, children are welcome to join their parents.
What happens when I arrive?
Radiant Kids will be providing a completely touch-free check-in experience. When you enter the building, our Check-In team will be available to assist you. For those families who have downloaded the new check-in QR code, you’ll need to simply scan your QR code and our Check-In team and printers will do the rest. For those who have not yet downloaded the QR code, you can do that HERE or a Check-In team member can assist you. You’ll place the check-in stickers on the backs of your children. Legends kids (1st-5th grade) will enter the classroom and be assigned a sanitized seat for the entire service. You can walk your Dreamers and Heroes (6-weeks to kindergarten) into their age-appropriate classroom, contact-free and safe. You will exit out the side glass door then re-enter into the Auditorium to guarantee spacious walkways. You’ll notice all our hallways are one way and vinyl stickers on the ground to encourage safe distancing.
Will there still be an online experience for kids?
Yes, we will continue to provide a great experience online for our kids and families who don’t feel quite ready to attend a service in person.
What precautions are taking place?
We are strongly discouraging anyone who has been sick or exposed to sick people or experiencing symptoms of sickness from attending a physical gathering until it’s safe for them to do so. In fact, we will be taking the temperature of anyone entering the children’s environments. If a temperature exceeds 100.4 we will not be able to accept the child or anyone from that family for the protection of those in attendance.
The entire church will be professionally cleaned and disinfected this week. During our services, we will have attendants cleaning all restrooms and high-traffic areas after each use. Our kid’s spaces will be filled at a reduced capacity. Rows of chairs will be more spaced apart, and there will be an empty chair left between kids to maintain safe distancing. We’ll dismiss your child one-by-one by name to avoid a mass-gathering of families by the exits. Our Legends (1st-5th grade) services will be entirely “contact-free.” Your kids can potentially come in and leave without touching a single person or object! Toys and tablets in Dreamers and Heroes (6-weeks to kindergarten) will be heavily sanitized between each service. We are strongly encouraging vulnerable people and those with underlying health conditions to continue joining us for church online only at this time. If you’re not ready to gather together in person, or if you are high risk, we have our services and Radiant Kids services live online on our website, Facebook Live and YouTube.
If you have any other questions, please contact us at email@example.com. We can’t wait to see you in person or online this weekend!
