Radiant Leadership Institute (RLI) exists to prepare you for ministry leadership through Biblical training, leadership development, and practical ministry experience. Launch: September 2, 2025

Schedule: Tuesdays, 6:30–8:30pm at Radiant South Tampa

Duration: September 2025–April 2026, aligned with Groups semesters
- The first year centers on foundational curriculum and leadership development.
- An optional second year (at no cost) offers a hands-on practicum for those seeking deeper, practical ministry experience.
- Cost: $500 (payment plans available)
