DATA 2 DIRECTOR

I. Purpose of the Job

The Data 2 Director will oversee data for locations and trainings. These will be completed within PCO systems; People, Services, Calendars, Checkins, Registrations, Publisher, Groups, Giving and the Account Dashboard. Strong Data Skills and prior training skills along with multi-tasking and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a small team to finish their work efficiently and within deadlines is key. Prior PlanningCenter and data experience is key to the success of this position and for it to be effective in training the current and future staff of Radiant Church.

To ensure success, Data 2 Director should display remarkable informational technology management and training skills with a solid understanding of all PCO platforms. Top candidates will be superb at training employees and analyzing data, also be willing to learn to data systems and be a self-motivated.

 

II. Primary Functions and Responsibilities

  • Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
  • Analyze data and report to Executive of Business Operation.
  • Train new hires on Planning Center data systems for their specific role and use the best training methods for a specific purpose or audience.
  • Assist in training Kids Directors and GE’s to ensure consistency across all locations
  • Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.(30/60/90)
  • Attend seminars and meetings to learn new training methods and techniques and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions.

  • Oversee all onboarding and off boarding of Staff for PCO permissions and transitions of new staff
  • Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress. (30/60/90)
  • Recommend training materials and methods, order and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities and manage the budget set for training.
  • Respond to calls or emails from company employees or church attenders – PCO email for staff and attendees
  • Support all staff from a central role for PCO data systems on troubleshooting tools
  • Create database training videos for staff
  • Serve as point of contact for all PCO profile updates and staff permissions.
  • Identify areas at locations that require equipment modifications and upgrades
  • Travel to locations to train dream team members on PCO procedures and ensurePCO is being utilized to its best abilities at all locations.
  • Work alongside Data 1 Director to analyze data to project future needs for PCO
  • Train staff on creating list, managing calendars, overseeing workflows, setting up templates in services, creating events to ensure they take ownership over PCOat a location level.
  • Troubleshoot PCO systems on a weekly basis and on Sunday mornings.
  • Ongoing cleanup of database for dream team, attendees and during staff transitions
  • PCO Groups – Help Groups Director during launch of small group season to help train group leaders and input items into PCO for Groups.
  • PCO Services – Train new staff on building plans, teams, and updating services times, Clean up unnecessary teams on a quarterly basis
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

III. Experience and Knowledge Required

  • Strong Training skills
  • Minimum of two years of Data Base management experience
  • Committed and personally vested in the well-being and success of RadiantChurch Staff.
  • Effective administration and people management skills
  • ●Prior experience with Planning Center online.
  • Full understanding of all PCO platforms and excel sheets .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
  • Professional representation of Christ and Radiant Church.
  • Passion for Radiant Church’s vision, people, and serving in the Kingdom of God.
